Actuaries at Northwestern Mutual hold positions at all levels of the company from recent college graduates participating in our Actuarial Leadership Development Program (ALDP) to high level executives. Most of our actuaries start their careers as actuarial associates in our ALDP and many others get started even earlier through our summer internship program.
