  • Need an ID? Forgot your password? Call the Northwestern Mutual Wealth Management Company® at (877) 888-6827.
  • For questions regarding Northwestern Mutual life insurance, disability income insurance and annuities, please call 1-800-388-8123.
  • For questions regarding NMIS Investment Accounts (i.e. Mutual Funds, IRA, 401k, SEP, etc.) please call 866-664-7737.
  • Hours of service are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Central time.
  • Can't log in? For your security, after six invalid log in attempts your ID will be disabled. To reinstate your ID, call Technical Support at (877) 888-6827.
  • Session timed out? After 15 minutes of inactivity, you will be automatically logged off.
