Parents feel medical issues are most likely to be addressed adequately, while future financial support is the least likely to be addressed adequately.- Parents' primary concern is who will take care of their child after they are gone, followed by concern about the child's independence and financial support.
- The most common actions parents have taken in regard to their child's future include designating a guardian and creating a will.
