Things are moving fast—you're dealing with growth and expansion plans. Maybe your sales are increasing exponentially and you are trying hard to keep up. Your product line or service offerings are probably diversifying. Your staff is increasing—finding talented people is always a challenge, and keeping them is just as hard. Securing the necessary financing to support growth is still a concern, but at least the bank will finally talk to you.
